I had a problem with my Origin PC after a few months, i was expecting the warranty process to be annoying because that’s usually how these things go for me. But I was pleasantly surprised. Support got back to me fast, explained what I needed to do clearly, and didn’t make me repeat the same details over and over.
I sent it in, got updates along the way, and when it came back, everything was working the way it should. It did take a little time, but in my opinion that’s totally reasonable for a repair. Overall, I came away really happy with how they handled it.

I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t sure how it was going to go, but I’m relieved I contacted support. They got back to me quickly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. It ended up being a smooth experience, and I’d definitely buy again

I expected the shipping to take a bit longer, but it showed up right on time. The box was in perfect shape too, which was a nice surprise.

I’m a little picky when it comes to order updates because I hate having to chase things down or wonder where my package is. This time, the communication was really solid. The case feels really sturdy in person , and the inside looks clean and well put together too .

I was kinda surprised by the price, I thought it was gonna be a lot more. The PC feels worth the money and the parts I chose fit my budget well. Definately not the cheapest thing out there, but overall it feels like good value

My PC showed up in perfect condition, which was a relief. The box was really sturdy, there was a ton of foam, and nothing seemed to shift around at all. It did take me a little while to get everything unpacked, but I’d rather deal with that than a damaged computer. Kind of funny how much packaging there was, but yeah, definitely a good thing.

My PC started acting up. No idea what was going on, honestly. I reached out to support and they walked me through a few things step by step. Super easy to follow. After that, they got the repair set up fast. No hassle, no waiting around wondering what was happening. They kept me updated the whole time. Really happy with how it all went.

I picked up my Origin PC mainly for gaming, and for the most part it’s been solid. Warzone, Cyberpunk, stuff like that all run well, and I can keep settings high without it freaking out or anything.
That said, it does get louder than I thought it would after gaming for a while. Not like unbearable, but definitely not quiet either. I also had a couple random crashes when I first got it, no idea if it was drivers or some weird setup thing tbh.

For what it costs, I kinda expected it to feel a little more polished right out of the box. It’s not a bad PC at all, I still use it a ton, just wouldn’t say it blew me away or anything.

I liked the range of options and the customization was solid overall. It did feel a bit on the expensive side, but not enough to ruin the experience for me
